By accessing the Punctiq website, joining the waitlist, requesting early access, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or services.
3. Website and early access use
You may use the Punctiq website and early access features only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
- Use the website or services in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, databases, or infrastructure.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website or services.
- Submit false, misleading, abusive, or malicious information.

4. Accounts and access
Some parts of Punctiq may require an account or approved access. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity performed through your account. You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Cloud account connections
If you choose to connect cloud accounts to Punctiq, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the required authority to do so.
Punctiq is designed to access AWS cost data through controlled IAM role assumption and customer-approved permissions. Depending on the configuration, Punctiq may deploy or use customer-side processing components, query cost and usage data through customer-owned AWS services, and display cost visibility, ownership, budget, and reporting information in the Punctiq interface.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any cloud permissions, IAM roles, ExternalId configuration, policies, and customer-side resources before connecting your environment.
Where possible, access should be configured using least-privilege permissions and should be revoked when no longer needed.
6. Data and security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the website and services. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted. You are responsible for using secure credentials, limiting access, and protecting your own systems.
7. Early access and product changes
Punctiq may be offered as an early access, beta, or preview product. Features may change, be added, be removed, or become unavailable at any time. Early access availability does not guarantee future commercial availability, pricing, or feature scope.
8. Intellectual property
The Punctiq name, branding, website content, interface design, product concepts, documentation, and related materials are owned by ITCOMMUNITY SRL, operating through the Punctiq product name, or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

Punctiq may integrate with third-party services, including cloud providers, analytics tools, email providers, hosting providers, and infrastructure platforms. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies from those providers.
10. Privacy, cookies, and communications
Your use of the Punctiq website, waitlist, and early access features is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and retain personal data.
The website may use essential technologies required for security and operation. Optional analytics technologies, including Microsoft Clarity, are used only according to the consent choices available on the website where required by law.

13. Availability
We aim to keep the website and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be limited or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security measures, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control.
14. Termination or restriction of access
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website or services if we believe these terms have been violated, if required for security reasons, or if continued access may create risk for Punctiq, users, or third parties.
